VII. BOARD APPROVES DELISTING OF THE DRY WHEY FUTURES & OPTIONS CONTRACTS

At its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, December 12, 2001, the Board of Directors approved the delisting of the Dry Whey Futures and Options contracts. The Dry Whey contract has been inactive since December 2000.

This delisting will be effective December 17, 2001.
